In order to rank up you need the following::

submit 15 pictures

earn 50 points by entering contest (1 vote = 1 point)
1st Place = 20 points
2nd Place = 15 points
3rd Place = 10 points

Score a 70% on the quiz given by ~kawaii-Rip

After those you shall rank up to a Major name of your choice.
